I illustrated the cover of the Commercial Observer, REBNY 2023 edition. The REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York) edition cover is mostly created around a timely theme, and this year was inspired in Mario Bros. I created an 8 Bit illustration, inspired by the famous character, punching through a proposal called "421A" (a tax reduction for landlords, that might be cut), one of the subjects discussed on REBNY 2023.
